In 2006, after deciding conventional farming is simply NOT environmentally or financially sustainable, Brad and Donna of Echo Valley Ranch in Moorefield got into grass farming. The journey of learning how manage the soil, grass and animals as nature intended has been rewarding and fulfilling, but not simple. Nature has limits, and to respect it, the farm has too.
